Day 1 – Bungy Jumping off Bloukrans Bridge

We pick you up from your central accommodation in Cape Town at about 04h30(to be confirmed the evening before your trip). You are then transferred along the beautiful Garden Route and wave goodbye to Cape Town as you head over Sir Lowrys Pass. We then continue onwards to the infamous Bloukrans Bridge.

It is time to suck it in as you will prepare yourself for the world’s highest commercial bridge bungy jump at 216 meters.

You will proceed to walk along the 216 meter specially designed catwalk, which is suspended

beneath the road surface, which will lead you to the launch site at the top of the arch that

stands at an enormous 216 meters. The walk alone can be absolutely terrifying to some!

A BUS LOAD OF ADVENTURE!!!

The adrenalin in your veins will now be flowing. Then it is time for that all important leap of

faith. 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, BUNGYYYYY!!!!

After this death defying feat you will be winched back up to the bridge and then led back to the edge of the canyon. WOW what an experience! You have an option to purchase the awesome photo and DVD package after your jump.

Then Bungy Bus will head South towards your accommodation in Sedgefield.

On the way there you have the option to stop at the famous Knysna Elephant Park if there is time. Here you have the chance to walk amongst these huge yet beautiful mammals – extra cost to your own account. All to be booked in advance. See below for additional details.

After this humbling experience we check in at Afrovibe Beach Lodge in Sedgefield.

Overnight in shared dorm room accommodation at Backpacker Lodge

This means that there are other paying guests staying in the dorm. An upgrade to a private room is often available and quoted on request.

You can order dinner from the in-house restaurant from a selection of meals off their menu. There is also a bar where you can buy a drink to enjoy while you watch the sun go down!!

Overnight in Sedgefield

Day 2

Watch the amazing sunrise of Myoli Beach while you enjoy a light breakfast and sip a warm coffee at Afrovibe – Not included in price.

We all climb back into the Bungy Bus and make our way back down the beautiful Garden Route towards Cape Town.

You will then be dropped off at your accommodation in central Cape Town.

KNYSNA ELEPHANT PARK

Following a short video, guests are transported to the field where you have the opportunity to interact, feed and walk amongst our herd of African elephants. You also have the opportunity to purchase an ‘elephant snack bucket’ to feed the elephants during your visit. Responsible and educational interactions enable guests to appreciate the awe-inspiring presence of these animals, on elephant terms. There are no fences to spoil the close encounter and our environment encourages elephants to exhibit natural behaviours. Guests are welcome to spend as much time as they wish with the elephants – transport returns to reception every half hour. Our herd of elephants play a vital role in closing the gap between man and animal, allowing us to better understand the plight of the African Elephant and that of their peers in the Knysna Forest. Visitors leave the park with a sense of awe for these magnificent animals.
