Day 1 - Abseil Table Mountain
You begin your day by meeting at the abseil office in the morning. You will then head up to the base of Table Mountain where you will begin your guided hike up Platteklip Gorge. This scenic hiking route takes on average 2 hours to complete. Views from here over the city and Table Bay are sensational. Once reaching the top your guide will lead you across to the site of the world’s highest commercial abseil.
Abseiling off Table Mountain is an experience of adrenaline and achievement not to be missed. The world famous Table Mountain soars above Cape Town at 1000 metres above sea level. Step off the edge and make the 112-metre controlled descent with the safety of a harness and cable as a support. The views from here are breathtaking.
On completion of your abseil you will make your way back down the mountain via cable car..

Day 2 - Tandem Paragliding
Lion’s Head is a beautiful site to fly from, offering a superb panorama of Clifton, Camps Bay, the Atlantic Ocean and the Twelve Apostles. We launch from a smooth sloping runway and land on the grass field in front of La Med Restaurant.
At Signal Hill a gentle slope drops away beneath your feet. Beyond the strip of residences, all of Table Bay is laid out before you. The flying here is usually smooth and peaceful, what pilots term 'soaring'. The panoramic view is priceless - you can see Robben Island, the Waterfront, Table Mountain and the city.
Return transport can be arranged
Video of your paraglide is an optional extra
